How do I place an order?
The On Sale website makes it easy to order online. You can order on your desktop, tablet or mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For your convenience, you can either collect your order from the Darwin Airport Retailer or, we can deliver most items directly to your home, workplace or address of your choice (excluding some bulky or fragile products and/or remote locations).

Follow these steps to place your order:

    Step 1: Browse our website and select "Add to Cart" for the items you wish to purchase.
    Step 2: In the top right-hand corner of your screen, select your shopping cart and click “View Cart” to view your order.
    Step 3: Click on "Checkout". Tick the "I agree with the Terms and Conditions" check box.
    (Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to agreeing).
    Step 4: Confirm your details & collection/shipping address.
    Step 5: Select continue to payment and enter your details.
    Step 6: And finally, click "Pay Now" to process your order.
    Step 7: Your order acknowledgement will appear with the option to view or download your order summary. You will also be sent a copy of your order confirmation via email for your reference.

    Where is my Order? / Tracking and viewing your order?
    If you selected delivery at the checkout, your order will be delivered via courier. You can track the progress of your order from placement through to delivery via our Track Your Package portal: https://www.shippit.com/track-your-package/.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the couriers’ system before attempting to track your order.

    How much is delivery?
    Delivery is available in the below Darwin and Alice Springs postcodes for $5.00:
    0800, 0810, 0811, 0812, 0813, 0820, 0822,0828, 0829, 0832, 0835, 0836, 0839, 0870

    If you are outside of this area, your delivery cost will be $9.50. At the checkout page you will be offered a number of delivery services to choose from.

    I selected click & collect, where do I collect my order from?
    You will be notified by our retailer when your order is ready to collect.
    Collection is from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday from the retailer at Darwin International Airport. Free parking is available in the Short Stay Car Park when collecting your purchase.

    What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?
    We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any re-delivery delays and/or fees.

    As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for any parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

    Do you ship to PO boxes?
    We don’t currently ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

    How do I get a discount code?
    Discounts codes are released from time to time. So you don’t miss out make sure you subscribe to our emails

    What if I want to return my order?
    Orders can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Full details of our returns and refund process can be found HERE.

    Can I change my shipping address?
    We cannot change or amend an address on an order that has already been dispatched, however if you wish to amend an order that has just been placed, please email: onsale@ntairports.com.au

    Can I send orders overseas?
    Currently we are only shipping local and interstate orders.

    Do you sell GREY IMPORTS?
    All products on the ON SALE are 100% genuine stock ordered for the Australian market. (NO GREY IMPORTS)
